Cocktail Class

Our Cocktail Class is a small-group experience for 4 to 8 guests, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere where everyone gets involved. You will learn professional techniques while creating four mini cocktails built around our small-batch spirits, distilled right here on our Cobble Hill farm, in the Cowichan Valley.

This is more than a typical cocktail making class. It is your behind-the-scenes entry into the world of craft spirits on Vancouver Island. Between stirring, tasting, and learning, you will gain confidence in building balanced cocktails while discovering what makes orchard-to-glass distilling unique to Merridale.

Everything You Need to Know Before Your Cocktail Class

Available on select dates. Reservations must be booked 12 hours in advance.

4–8 guests for an intimate, hands-on experience. The distillery hosts one party at a time, the space will be private to your group for the duration of your class.

Arrive 10 minutes early and check in at the Farmhouse. Once your groups checked in we’ll take you over to our Distillery where your class will begin.

Approximately 90 minutes.

Add charcuterie or book a table in the Farmhouse Eatery before or after your class.

Our Cocktail Class takes place at a high-top bar with tall cushioned stools. If you need alternative seating or any accessibility accommodations, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to ensure you are comfortable.
