Wheel your way into the orchard with a red wagon packed with everything you need. This self-guided group picnic in the Cowichan Valley is designed for relaxed gatherings of 10 or more guests, with a semi-private covered space and 2.5 hours to enjoy cider, food, and time together at your own pace.

Everything You Need to Know Before Your Red Wagon Picnic
Reservations must be booked 48 hours in advance.
Group Size – Designed for groups of 10 or more guests. Pricing is per person, with quantities adjusted based on group size.
Privacy – Set within a semi-private orchard space that offers separation from other guests while still feeling open and connected to the farm.
Please arrive together and check in at the Farmhouse at your scheduled time. Once your group has gathered, your wagon will be loaded and you’ll be directed to the orchard.
Your picnic space is reserved for 2.5 relaxed hours.
A family-style meal and cider are included, with everything provided in your wagon. Additional food and drinks may be purchased from the Farmhouse and brought down during your reservation.
This experience takes place rain or shine with a covered picnic space provided. We recommend dressing for the weather.
