Aura Gin and Tonic

1.5 oz Cowichan Aura Gin
5 oz Fever Tree Tonic
Dried Lemon Wheel

Fill a highball with ice. Stir ice to chill glass and drain water. Add Fever Tree Tonic. Squeeze a small amount of fresh lemon juice into the glass. Place your dried lemon wheel on top of the tonic so it lies flat. Gently pour the Aura Gin into the glass. Stir slowly and watch it turn from purple to pink!

Berry Blast Off

½ oz Blueberry Liqueur
½ oz Creamsicle Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Soda
1 oz Cowichan Aura Gin

Layer blueberry liqueur and syrup in a rocks glass. Add ice, layer lemon juice and soda, then layer Aura gin on top. Garnish with a dried citrus wheel and enjoy!
