The journey began in 2008 when our master blender, inspired by the goodness and abundance of organic BC blueberries, created an exquisite blueberry Eau de Vie. It patiently rested becoming delicate and smooth. To create the ultimate after dinner sipper, our distillery team blended it with the fresh blueberry juice in 2021. Not too sweet, but full of BC blueberry flavour. Sip slowly on it’s own or enjoy as an incredible addition to your home cocktail bar.

Alle Berry

1 oz Copper Gin
1 oz Blueberry Liqueur
1 oz Simple Syrup
½ Lime Juice
2 oz Soda

Shake gin, liqueur, lime, and syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass, top with soda, stir, and garnish with a dried citrus wheel. Enjoy!

Berry Blast Off

½ oz Blueberry Liqueur
½ oz Creamsicle Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Soda
1 oz Cowichan Aura Gin

Layer blueberry liqueur and syrup in a rocks glass. Add ice, layer lemon juice and soda, then layer Aura gin on top. Garnish with a dried citrus wheel and enjoy!
