Our handcrafted gin begins with alcohol made entirely from B.C. Apples, aged in stainless steel tanks to soften the finish. It features wild and native botanicals foraged from the Cowichan Valley infused in the vapours through a slow and gentle distillation – from local deciduous and coniferous trees, along with ground cover herbs and roots, to locally sourced berries. This is truly a terroir gin.
