Cowichan Pear Brandy

Bartlett pears are used to create one of the most aromatic brandies in the world. Fresh, ripe BC grown Bartlett pears are slowly fermented with only yeast then distilled in our copper alembic pot still. Aged 9 years in new French oak barrel, to reach a perfect balance of flavour, aroma, and colour. Close your eyes and you can taste the skin of the fresh pear linger in your mouth.
