Colour
A matured impression with depth and elegance. The whisky shows a deep amber colour with a bronze hue, offering a visual cue of its time spent in orchard-aged French oak.
Nose
On the nose, it opens with malted cereal and barley sugar, followed by warm baking spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Layers of orchard fruit begin to emerge, apricot, orange, pear, and apple. All rounded by rich notes of crème brûlée, honey, and soft toffee.
Palate
Rich malted barley leads the way, joined by caramel and vanilla. As it develops, you’ll find hints of red cedar, toasted bread, and English cake. The finish is smooth, dry, and long-lasting, with a lingering complexity that invites another sip.
