Small-Batch Pantry Staples
Apple Onion Chutney
A perfect blend of sweet and spice with a brightness from the apples, a hint of lemon and a tangy mustard finish. A surprising combination perfect with pork tenderloin, grilled cheese sandwich, roasted vegetables, or on a burger.
Ingredients: Diced Apples, White Onions, Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cyser Mustard, Canola Oil, Lemon, Fresh Ginger, Curry Powder, Cinnamon, Salt
Smoked Tomato Chutney
Smokey and sweet, this goes perfectly with roasted chicken, aged cheddar, mixed into a meatloaf or paired with any fried food.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, Onions, Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Liquid Smoke, Sugar, Spices
Horseradish Pepper Jelly
A sweet beginning with a spicy finish and delicate enough to pair with lighter cheeses. Blue, brie, cheddar, even a nice creamy goat! They all match stride.
Ingredients: Apple Juice, Lemon Juice, White Sugar, Pectin, Horseradish, Red Chili Flakes, Spices
Cyser Mustard
Tangy, bold, and slightly sweet. This rustic Dijon style mustard is made with our Cyser Cider, incorporating local honey. This grainy mustard is the perfect addition to vinaigrettes, served with roasted ham or in a potato salad.

Merri Berri Jam
Sweet, sour & tart. A magical blend of BC fruits, and Merri Berri fruit cider. Glaze pork or chicken, level up cheesecake, spread on waffles, or even add to a cocktail! The complexity from the cider makes this a unique jam with possibilities as endless as your imagination.

Apple Butter
Caramelized toffee sweet, this apple butter is a punch of cinnamon spice straight from the Merridale Orchard. It is perfect to spread on toast, top pancakes, swirl into muffins, or pair with charcuterie and cider.
