An off dry, fruity, effervescent cider, dry hopped with mosaic hops, and refreshed with moro blood orange juice. Unlike beer, our hops are soaked in our cider, never heated, giving a floral grapefruit flavour without the bitterness. Crafted from a blend of English cider apples, it’s the perfect balance between sharps, bitters, and hoppy fruitiness.

1 0z Lime Juice
Mo’moro Cider

Add Cowichan Gin, Rosemary Cinnamon Syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Top up the glass with Mo’moro Cider and stir well. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and orange wedge and enjoy!

2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Soda
Orange Wheel Garnish
